This guide explains how to access Google Cloud Console, access Firebase, and manage your Stood CRM project access and billing.

Sign In with Corporate Email
Use your corporate email address (e.g., admin@yourcompany.com)
Important: Use the same email that will receive the Stood CRM project invitation or notify Stood team of the change.
Complete Account Setup
Accept Google Cloud Terms of Service
No charges will be made unless you exceed free tier limits and link your own billing account
Verify Your Account
Check your email for verification link
Complete phone number verification if prompted
Note: At the beginning of any Stood CRM trial period, Firebase project access rights are generally shared with your organization. This allows you to immediately start using the CRM while you set up your own Google Cloud account.
Check Your Email
Look for an invitation email from Firebase/Google Cloud
Subject line: "You've been invited to collaborate on [Project Name]"
Sender: Usually from noreply@firebase.google.com or noreply@google.com
Accept the Invitation
Click Accept invitation in the email
Sign in with your Google account (corporate email)
You'll be redirected to the Firebase project
Verify Access
Go to Firebase Console
You should see the Stood CRM project in your project list
Click on the project to access it
When you receive the invitation, you'll typically get one of these roles:
Owner: Full control over the project and billing
Editor: Can modify project resources but not billing
Viewer: Can view project data but not modify
Access Billing Settings
In Google Cloud Console, go to Billing
Click Link a billing account
Create New Billing Account
Click Create billing account
Enter your company information:
Account name: Your company name
Country: Your business location
Currency: Your preferred currency
Add Payment Method
Enter credit card or bank account details
Note: You'll only be charged for usage beyond free tier limits
Firebase has generous free tier allowances

Stood CRM will transfer project ownership to your account
You'll receive confirmation email
Verify you have Owner role in the project
Check Project Settings
Go to Project Settings in Firebase Console
Verify your email is listed as Owner
Check that your billing account is linked
Test Permissions
Try creating a new Firestore collection
Verify you can modify project settings
Confirm you can access billing information
