Notifications Guide

What are Notifications?

Notifications keep you informed about important activities in your workspace. You'll receive alerts when:

Viewing Notifications

Access your notifications by clicking the bell icon in the left navigation menu. The bell shows a badge with the number of unread notifications.

Notification List

Your notifications appear in a list, sorted by date (newest first). Each notification shows:

Unread notifications have a blue background and a blue dot indicator. Read notifications have a white background.

Types of Notifications

Mentions

When someone types @yourname in a post or comment, you'll receive a notification. You can also mention @team to notify everyone on your team.

Note: You won't receive a notification if you mention yourself.

Comments

When someone comments on a post you created, you'll receive a notification showing who commented.

Note: You won't receive a notification if you comment on your own post.

Allocations

You'll receive notifications when:

Managing Notifications

Mark as Read

Mark as Unread

If you want to keep a notification unread for later:

Delete Notifications

Remove notifications you no longer need:

Notification Status

Unread notifications are counted in the bell icon badge in the navigation menu.

What Happens When You Click a Notification?

Clicking a notification will:

  1. Mark it as read (if it wasn't already)

  2. Navigate you to the related deal or activity

  3. Show you the context where the notification originated
